Sun Valley Real Estate Market Report

The Sun Valley area real estate market has been booming since Summer of 2020 and we are beginning to stabilize.

Inventory is rising and the pace of sales is normalizing.

Compared to 2023, sales in Ketchum are down 5%, listings are up 17% and the Median Sales Price is up 17%.  Due to the increased listings, I expect to see prices stabilize soon.

Compared to 2023, Sales in Sun Valley are down 21%!  Sales prices are also down 3% and the number of listings is up 22%.  The market in Sun Valley has slowed since 2023.
