Richardson Summit on Croy Road; 20 miles west of Hailey
The Broker’s tour this week focused on listings in Croy Canyon, Hailey. We moved from downtown Hailey to Croy Canyon a year ago, and much to my surprise, it’s been amazing. Croy road heads West from downtown Hailey. I was a tad nervous leaving town life for 23 acres in the sage brush. Here are some pics from our year in Croy Canyon.

I was in awe of the construction and materials in this home on 5 acres. It doesn’t feel like a traditional log home; its modern, light and warm.
As you may know, Sun Valley has secured the honor of hosting the prestigious 2025 FIS Ski World Cup Finals. However, we are in urgent need of housing solutions for athletes, coaches, and officials during the event. To make this event truly spectacular, MVP Vacation Homes, in collaboration with Sun Valley and the Sun Valley Economic Development, is looking for your support in securing housing for the athletes, coaches, and officials from March 18-28, 2025. The FIS committee will be inspecting all details of the event in the early Fall, so time is of the essence.

Homes in the Warm Springs area are of particular interest to host our athletes and coaches, but we welcome applications from throughout the Wood River Valley to host officials, media personnel, and spectators.
