It feels like Summer in the Valley! Ketchum is busier, wildflowers are bursting and days are longer. Trails are opening up quickly for hiking and biking. It’s my favorite time of the year.
Real Estate in Hailey, Ketchum and Sun Valley has surged the last 2 weeks.
From May 15-May 31 the Valley saw:
-69 New Listings
-25 Pending Sales
-20 Closed Sales
Below I have compared Year to Date Sales in 2025 with 2024 numbers. In short, Hailey is surging with a 14% increase in Sales Price and a 64% increase in Sold Properties.
Average Sales Prices are down significantly in Ketchum and Sun Valley; 21% and 38% respectively. We have not seen as many high dollar sales as we did in 2024.
