Tom and I traveled to Bentonville, Arkansas last month for a mountain bike event. The town has been transformed over the last 15 years due to an $85mm investment in trails provided by the Walton family. Bentonville Real Estate prices have doubled, the restaurant scene is thriving and the trails are attracting many large events. Pretty cool.
As for the local real estate market, there are stark differences between Ketchum and Hailey as shown below.
Notably, sales and prices are up for the year in Ketchum and down in Hailey.
In fact, the median sales price in Ketchum is UP a whopping 34% over 2023.
