Sun Valley Round Up

Weather changes quickly in the mountains. It suddenly feels like fall and it’s time to get in a few more hikes or bikes on the trails before the snow flies.

We are seeing a flurry of price reductions and I anticipate sales for single family homes to slow during the winter, especially as interest rates rise. Rates for standard loans (under $715k) are hovering at 6% and jumbo loans (over $715k) are sitting around 5%.

Hailey, Idaho is set for growth in the next 5 years. Building projects are everywhere and real estate in Hailey, Idaho is in strong demand. I toured some homes in Hailey today and here are the highlights….
