Snow! The valley has been blanketed in several feet of snow and the skiing is excellent all around! I made it up to Baldy 4 days last week and only waited in line 2 times! We are so lucky to have our mountain in the “middle of nowhere”.

Sun Valley Market Report for Condo’s Under $1mm

We are beginning to see prices soften in Ketchum, especially for properties under $1mm. It’s a better time to enter the market than it was 2 years ago! Contractors are busy but able to take on projects and building supply availability is “back to normal.”
