Average sales prices are UP in every area from 10%-30%.

The overall number of sales are DOWN.

Blaine County Real Estate Market Stats 2022

The average sales price within Blaine county is up 11% over 2021.

 

Ketchum Real Estate Market Stats 2022

The average sales price in Ketchum is UP 20% over 2021, but the overall number of sales is DOWN by 42%

Sun Valley Real Estate Market Stats 2022

The average sales price in Sun Valley is up a staggering 30%. This is bolstered by several new developments within Sun Valley and Elkhorn.

Hailey Real Estate Market Stats 2022

Real Estate in Hailey, Idaho has been very active the last two years. Multiple new subdivisions have emerged and new construction projects are booming. The average sales price for homes in Hailey is 50% less than Ketchum and Sun Valley.
