Sun Valley Round Up
The 50th Annual Boulder Mountain Tour took place last Saturday in Ketchum, Idaho. Nearly 1100 cross country skiers descended down the Harriman trail covering the full 34 kilometer course or a shorter 15 kilometer course.
My husband and I enjoy skate skiing, in fact, it is one of the reasons we chose to move to Hailey, Idaho. He managed a personal best in the race, and I had too much this summer and fall and didn’t put in the usual amount of training. Oh well, some years are better than others! It was a beautiful day and always great to connect and ski with friends.
Demand for affordable housing continues in Hailey and we have seen a few new listings under the $800k price point.
Newer or remodeled condos in Ketchum and Sun Valley are also desirable!
