The snow just keeps coming! The sun came out this morning and I decided to take a few runs on Baldy. The conditions are amazing and it seems we could ski into May!
I just returned from a 2 week trip to New Hampshire. It was my first time skiing in New England and it was surprisingly refreshing. There are an abundance of small mom and pop ski areas and the locals just love to ski!
I’m finally ready to share my big personal news as I passed my first round of midterms last week! I have embarked on a 1.5 year journey for a Real Estate Investing Graduate Certificate from Harvard. The courses are amazing and I wrote a blog on Opportunity Zones below. Opportunity Zones are an amazing tool to defer capital gains and they offer more flexibility than a 1031 Exchange.

Prices Are Up
Active Listings are Down
Many Buyers have been waiting on the sidelines for prices drop, but we have not seen that happen in the Wood River Valley. Prices have stabilized, but we have not seen any major price corrections as in other US locations.
