Sun Valley Round Up
I spent last week in Southern Utah on a “Mom’s Trip” and we hiked Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park. This hike now requires a permit, and it is well worth the trouble!
Prices in the Sun Valley area for homes and condo’s remain stable and inventory is low. Prices for 2023 are up 10% over 2022 and listings are down by nearly 50%. Overall sales volume is down 50%.
I anticipate new inventory soon for single family homes and for prices to remain stable over the summer.
