A holiday season with very little snow in Sun Valley. Let’s keep up those snow dances.
The Carbonate parking lot has been full in Hailey as hiking season is still in session. I’ve enjoyed having my kids home for a week, but with very little snow, we have been hitting the gym instead of the slopes this year.

How will interest rates impact Real Estate for 2024? The Fed has plans to lower interest rates and it looks like mortgage rates should level out around 6%.
Sun Valley Events
Big news! Sun Valley will begin hosting Alpine World Finals in 2025! This will not be a one time event, rather returning to Sun Valley every year or biennially.
Warm Springs will be greatly impacted by this event and the entire valley will see increased occupancy as this event will draw thousands of spectators.
