Sun Valley Round Up

A slow start to winter has been erased by a series of storms dropping 26″ on Baldy. It feels like winter in the valley!

We are two months into 2024 so I decided to take a look at the numbers compared to 2023. In 2023 overall real estate sales in the Sun Valley area were down, but prices were up.

2024 is starting strong with prices and sales up compared to 2023. It seems fears of a recession are passing.
