Sun Valley Round Up
Fall is in the air. Sun Valley area real estate typically slows down after Labor Day and this year is no exception. Rising mortgage rates, elevated prices and low inventory will continue to have a downward push on real estate. In general, the sales of single family homes slow during the winter months but resort area condominium sales remain fairly active.
The Bald Mountain hill climb was last weekend and several hundred hikers ascended Warm Springs. It is an excellent time of year to get out and enjoy the fall colors and events.

26th Trailing of the Sheep Festival is October 5-9. This event has grown into much more than the parade down main street Ketchum. Check out the website for food dinners and lamb specials, folklife culture and don’t miss the sheep dog trials in Hailey!
