Sun Valley Round Up
I was lucky enough to spend Thanksgiving on Maui with family to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. With one of our children in college, and the other a senior in high school our time together is limited so this was a welcome vacation!
My time on Maui is part vacation and part business as we own and manage an oceanfront condo rental. It is a profitable rental due to a 90% occupancy rate but that comes with its share of maintenance and repairs. By comparison, the Sun Valley area has 30-40% occupancy rates for nightly rentals.
