Sun Valley Round Up

We took a vacation! With the kids out of the house Tom and I decided to take a long awaited trip to Europe. We completed a trek around Mt. Blanc with “Run the Alps.” A 7 day, 105 mile trek with 29,000ft of elevation gain! We were also able to drop in on our daughter who is training for alpine skiing with Apex 2100 out of Tignes, France for the year.

What is absorption rate? Absorption rate is an excellent metric to demonstrate the rate at which homes are being sold in a specific market. In general is the absorption rate is 3, it would take 3 months to sell all the current supply within the marketplace.

This large home on 5 acres is just a few minutes West of downtown Hailey in “Croy Canyon” for $1.69M.
