 It’s all about Warm Springs this week. Historically home values out Warm Springs Road have been slightly less than Ketchum proper. This is slowly changing as more Buyers are attracted to Warm Springs amenities. When shopping for properties out Warm Springs Road, take care to assess areas with limited sun, and be aware the north side of Warm Springs canyon has areas with high avalanche danger.

  2. Apple’s Restaurant offers excellent winter and summer dining
  3. Access to Adams Gulch via Heidelberg Hill
  4. Dog park with summer concerts and festivals
  5. Easy bike into downtown Ketchum via bike path
