I celebrated my 50th birthday recently with a bang at my home with friends and family. My son was able to come home for the weekend which was a bonus because we don’t see him much!

The Median Sales Price in Hailey is UP 23% over 2024 to $835k. Sold listings are up 21% in Hailey over 2024.

Median Sales Price is down 12% in Ketchum over 2024. We are not seeing the number of multimilion dollar sales in 2025 driving down Median Sales Price. Sales remain strong in Ketchum under $2mm.
