Happy New Year! I hope you all had a nice holiday season and are looking forward to some skiing this winter. Abundant snowfall in the last 2 weeks has filled in Baldy and the nordic skiing is prime from Quigley to Galena.
I spent the week before Christmas with my family at Steamboat. Paige was racing, and the rest of us were on vacation and cheering her on. It’s hard to catch up with our US Ski Team globe trotter.

Sales for 2024 in Ketchum exceeded 2023 on all accounts. Median Sales Prices are up nearly 20%!
Meanwhile, Median Sales Prices are Down in Hailey by 8%.
Listings are up throughout the Valley and Days on Market are also UP through the valley.
Sun Valley Prices and Listings are UP!
Number of sales and Median Sale Prices are DOWN in Hailey while the number of active listings is UP.
