After a very slow start to the ski season we have finally accumulated some measurable snowfall. I had a great day skiing some soft off-piste bumps and a few runs in the bowls yesterday! Finally.
One year ago real estate began to slump due to fears of a recession and high interest rates. This never materialized in Sun Valley, and it feels as if we are back on an upswing. I have seen several predictions for interest rates in the 5% range by the end of 2024.

Construction costs have stabilized and many contractors have “normal” workloads; a remodel project seems more feasible than it did in the past several years. I recently toured these homes that are “Ripe for a Remodel”.
New on the Market
This home is located just off Warm Springs Road in a quiet residential neighborhood on an oversized lot. It is ready for a new look as many of the homes on this street have been rebuilt.
