Labor Day weekend is here and for many this signals the closing of summer. Summer always feels short in the mountains, maybe that’s why summer days are so special! Due to higher than normal rainfall we have avoided wildfires, smoky days and are still enjoying trailside wildflowers.
My husband and I leave this week for my first trip to Europe. We will visit our daughter who is skiing for an international team in France and Switzerland and partake in a “Run the Alps” tour out of Chamonix. We have 36 hours in Paris and I’d love your ‘Must Do’ Recommendations!
Year to Year comparisons continue to show an increase in average sales prices for 2023 in Ketchum, Sun Valley and Hailey, Idaho. We saw 99 price reductions on homes and condos for sale in August as many Sellers are adjusting their expectations.
