World Cup Alpine Finals are heading to Sun Valley starting March 2025 and will continue for several years on an annual or biannual basis. The impact on our town will be significant as the event with be televised and draw tens of thousands of spectators. The World Cup in Killington, VT has an estimated 37,000 spectators.

There will be a strong demand for short term rentals in March 2025, especially in Warm Springs.

Ketchum Median Sales Price is $1.7m, UP 55% from 2022
Sun Valley Median Sales Price is $915k, up 15% from 2022.
Hailey Median Sales price is $750k, up 6% from 2022.

World Cup Finals will be centered from the Warm Springs Base area. While a single event will have a minimal impact in a rental’s overall performance it is worth taking a look at real estate in the Warm Springs area of Ketchum, Idaho.

Approximately one mile from downtown Ketchum the Warm Springs Base area is quaint. Apple’s provides apres during the ski season and restaurant service in the summer months. Summer’s are sleepy in Warm Springs and provide excellent access to Warm Springs creek, hiking and biking with a easy pedal or walk into town.
